RETURNS AND REFUNDS

Pursuant to the European regulation concerning the "right of withdrawal and online reconsideration", Erendira Italia will accept the return or refund request within and no later than 14 days from the date of delivery of the item, provided that the item is returned intact, i.e., unused and undamaged, and accompanied by the relevant purchase documentation (invoice) with the original Erendira Italia packaging and with the tag intact and attached to the item.

Here are the steps you need to follow:

1) Connect to the website and log into your account. Go to your personal area, choose the order and by selecting the item or items you want to return, request the refund. 

2) As soon as possible, Erendira Italia will accept your request and send you an email with instructions to arrange the pickup of the package. 

3) Wait for the courier to whom you must deliver the package at the agreed time and address.

4) As soon as Erendira Italia receives the package and verifies the integrity of the item as indicated above, it will proceed with the refund or replacement of the item.
